I spent 17 years inside GE and BNP Paribas — leading transformations, making calls with incomplete data, and executing strategies that others said couldn't be done.
Then I co-founded a drone startup, ran consulting engagements, and learned what it feels like when the consequences are personal.
Out of all of that came a structured methodology for decision-making under pressure.
