How is this different from a consultant?
A consultant delivers a recommendation after weeks of analysis. I help you build clarity yourself — and faster. You make the final call. I help you make it well.
Is everything confidential?
Completely. I sign an NDA on request for any engagement. Standard practice at this level.
What kind of decisions do you work on?
